Responsibilities

• Manage assigned kitchen station
• Prepare and cook menu items to specification
• Supervise commis chefs
• Ensure food quality and consistency

Requirements

• Age 21-35 years old
• Valid passport
• Good English communication
• Minimum 2 years CDP experience
• Culinary degree or equivalent
• Strong cooking skills and techniques
