Responsibilities
- Manage assigned kitchen station
- Prepare and cook menu items to specification
- Supervise commis chefs
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
- Assist with menu planning and development
Requirements
- Age 21-35 years old
- Valid passport
- Good English communication
- Minimum 2 years CDP experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Strong cooking skills and techniques
